There are likely as many ways to alter the look of hardwood flooring as there are different types of hardwood floors. There seems to be dozens upon dozens of different finishes and lacquers that a person can apply to their flooring. And of course these choices are all painstaking and important. They can make your flooring meld perfectly with the rest of your home or create a look that is breath-taking and awe inspiring.
